“Inasmuch as you did it to one of these least of these . . . you did it unto Me.”
Matthew 25:40 NKJV
Operation InAsMuch is a day (October 28, 2017) of hands-on-missions that brings together Christians from local churches to serve together in their communities.
Volunteers work together to show the love of Jesus by meeting the practical needs of people and agencies in Pitt County. It's also national Make a Difference Day and ECU students will be serving along with us in the community.
This hands-on-mission day is simply another means by which believers can put their faith into practice through the use of their talents and abilities. Operation InAsMuch will allow you to experience the joy of doing what God has instructed all believers to do. We hope you will prayerfully consider how you can reach others for Christ through Operation InAsMuch.
Churches involved include:
- Covenant United Methodist
- First Christian, Greenville
- Immanuel Baptist
- Jarvis Memorial United Methodist
- Oakmont Baptist
- Peace Presbyterian
- St. James United Methodist
- The Memorial Baptist
- Winterville Baptist
Operation InAsMuch began at the Snyder Memorial Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC in 1996. Operation InAsMuch has been in Greenville since 1999.
Operation InAsMuch Challenge: Invite a friend, co-worker or college student to serve with you at a project of your choice. It is a great way for people to meet Christians in the community and to discover ways they can serve in the community throughout the year.
Thank you in advance for your prayers and participation for this day of outreach.
