    How do we find rest and work/life balance in a 24/7 world? Setting aside a day of rest helps us reconnect with our Creator and find God’s peace for our lives. The Sabbath is about letting go of the controls one day a week and letting God be God.  Practicing Sabbath is God’s answer to the work/life challenges that we all face.
