 This class is for men who want to read and discuss one book of the Bible at a time.  Bring your Bible and join these men for an hour of study and discussion.  This class will meet at the home of Jack Metts.  Call the Church Office (252-756-1245) for information.

This study by Henry Blackaby is based on seven biblical realities that help believers develop a more vital, personal relationship with God as they learn to seek and do His will.  Through a combination of individual and group study, participants learn to recognize when God is speaking to them, and to understand the importance of His timing and how to respond obediently.   Participants will need to spend about 30 minutes per day working in the study workbook.

In this class participants will read and discuss The Divine Conspiracy by Dallas Willard .  “In The Divine Conspiracy, Willard gracefully weaves biblical teaching, popular culture, science, scholarship, and spiritual practice into a tour de force that shows the necessity of profound changes in how we view our lives and faith.”  A wonderful and challenging book, it will inspire participants to know and follow God at a deeper level.

“Discover how all the books of the Bible fit together, from Genesis to Revelation.  This DVD study will provide participants with an overview of the key themes, events and characters in the entire Bible.”

Participants will walk through the book of Galatians learning how Paul’s words to that early church can still change our lives today.

Co-Ed  •  Leader:  Joshua Breazeale  •  Book:  $9  •  6 Weeks

The last book in the trilogy by Brian McLaren. The conversation between the friends continues as they grapple with understanding God’s mercy and justice, God’s purpose in creating the world, and what kind of character God is and what the Christian gospel is for.
